In order to save you money on your orders, we do not support a full time staff dedicated solely to getting your orders out the same day you place them. To economize and keep prices down, we usually ship your order within 1 week of placing it. Some orders like BREWTREE systems and kettles are custom made to order. Lead times for those items vary and are posted on their respective catalog pages.

What does this mean? When will I get my order? If the item says "in stock", you can add 1 week lead time for your order to the above UPS delivery map. So, let's say you live in California...you could expect to wait 1 week or so for your order to be delivered...if you live on the east coast, you can expect maybe 2-3 weeks.

If you need an order shipped sooner, you MUST email us to request that we expedite the order. Expedited orders are subject to an additional charge.

Why does BREWTREE.COM operate this way? Simple - to save you money. Look at the prices of our competitors...they support larger staffs so must pass those costs along to you. Since our goal is to save you money, we try to operate in an efficient manner. We have a complete production facility to run, which takes alot of time away from preparing and shipping orders. The map above represents estimated times of delivery using UPS ground (our standard shipping method). Please note that UPS shipping times MAY VARY. Also, we package all items very carefully, usally labeling boxes as "fragile". UPS sometimes can damage boxes in transit, which is regrettable but not within our control. If this happens, please email us to let us know, without assuming it was our fault the box became damaged. We ship out all equipment in the best possible way. If you treat us with respect, we will return the favor.

If you live in the greater Sacramento, (California) area, email us for pickup or delivery. If you pickup your items, we waive shipping charges completely. Delivery may require a small fuel surcharge fee.
