In laymans terms - if you aren't skilled in metalworking/welding/gas plumbing/electrical/or ANY manufacturing process associated with building a brewtree and/or using it, do not attempt to do this yourself. Instead, hire someone that is skilled to do the work.

Construction of the BREWTREE system or any component has a certain level of danger to it, which is common to most manufacturing processes. Severe Injury or Death could occur if you are not familiar with these processes. Seek professional assistance from a job shop if you do not possess these skills. Working on pressurized kegs is NEVER a good idea. Always fully depressurize kegs prior to modifying them, as the bung could shoot out at high pressure and mame or kill you or others.

If you injure yourself during construction of the Brewtree - you are at fault and can hold no one but yourself responsible for such injury. The same goes with using the system - if it causes any injury, death or property damage, you must accept full responsibility for your own actions.

By proceeding, you agree to relieve Brewtree.com, Brewtree Inc., and the Principles of the company of any and all liability. Furthermore, you agree to financially indemnify and defend the principles of "the company" from any and all litigation.
