We highly recommend this waterproof pump housing. Here are the features:
Pre-drilled rugged clear plastic housing with lid
Modified for pump mounting flange holes
Modified for cord to pass through box
Modified for inlet and outlet ports of pump to pass through box
Modified for drain - should fittings leak, housing will be able to divert leakage to a safe part of the system.
Copper extensions provided (for inlet and outlet ports of pump, so pump can remain inside of closed housing) while outlet valve is actuated.
Clear housing and snap on Lid - makes for easy monitoring of pump as well as easy access to pump should you need to tighten fittings.
