The SUPER ECO-BRU BREWTREE Is a GREAT 15 gallon homebrewery for everyone, and very affordably priced too!!! For those that want to get brewing on an extremely tight budget, we are now offering a Super economy version of our BREWTREE Brewing system. This system is great because it fit's in a small 3' x 3' space, is built on our LOW PROFILE E-Z Access stand w/ E-Z Go Wheels, is complete with pump and all the awesome components that make it a great brewery. We have streamlined the brewtree design to make it more affordable while actually increasing some of the versatility and efficiency of the system.
The boil kettle is where all the action happens. No need for a seperately fired HLT. Just heat your strike water in the boil kettle and transfer directly to the mashtun via the included pump. Add grain to the mashtun, stir, and seal the lid. The Cooler mashtun is SUPER Efficient at maintaining temps within 1 degree over the course of your mash cycle. The mashtun is also oversized - 18 gallons which makes it easy to do Barley Wines or other high gravity beers, like Double Bock.
Meanwhile, heat your sparge water in the boil kettle and transfer to the insulated HLT. Begin sparging the grain at the end of the mash cycle, and transfer the wort to the boil kettle via gravity. Throw in your hops, complete the boil cycle, and begin chilling with the included 50' dual-coil immersion chiller.
The mashtun, boil kettle and Hot Liquor tank are all easily removable for cleaning. All transfers of liquids are performed using the included valves and transfer hoses. We recommend you fill the HLT and Mashtun with the lids in the open position.
