The Super Ultima-Bru BREWTREE is unlike any homebrewery on the market. It is Valve-Driven JUST LIKE A PROFESSIONAL MICROBREWERY! The system has integrated plumbing that controls the ENTIRE brew process, from the inline filter to your fermentor. It is built with high quality stainless, brass and copper components - TO LAST A LIFETIME!
We only use durable Heat Resistant Copper Tubing between the main plumbing manifolds, because hose can melt, burn, and wear out...and we wanted our system to last a lifetime without future hose replacement costs for the customer. In fact, the only hose in this system is on the chiller outflow, which would be difficult to hard-line to your fermentor.
Each Kettle has it's own VALVE MANIFOLD (multiple valves to control various brewing processes) - From the Hot Liquor Tank, to the Mashtun, to the Boil Kettle. Even the water filter has it's own set of valves to both leak test the system on initial use, and also bypass the filter to control coolant through the built in counterflow chillers. The BREWTREE saves you time during the brew process, and eliminates ALL manual labor because the entire system requires you only to connect a garden hose and propane tank. The rest is controlled with the valves to make brewing an easy, efficient, and trivial process for anybody whether they are a novice or a pro...JUST LIKE A COMMERCIAL BREWERY!!!.
Our kettles are also NEW Beer kegs. We could have used stainless pots, which are shinier...but shiny doesn't last forever...and pots are simply not built for abuse. Pots dent easily, and can become unstable when fully loaded with grain and hot liquor. Kegs, on the other hand, are built to be dropped from beer trucks when full (150LB weight) and resist this kind of abuse on a DAILY BASIS. You would have to physically TRY to damage the Keggles on our Brewtree system by hitting it with a hammer or other very tough tool...and then it would still resist denting.
Our 200,000 BTU JET Burners are the highest output burners on the market and are extremely resistant to boil overs. Cast burners can clog easily and make it difficult to relight....but the BREWTREE JET Burners stay on even under the most extreme boil overs!!! We add our complete set of instructional materials, Beer & soda recipes, DVD "Brewing with the BREWTREE", and BEERSMITH brewing software, making this truly an award winning brewing system.

We recommend ONLY using whole hops or hop plugs, and using either a muslin bag or a BREWTREE hopback to keep them from clogging the drain. The BREWTREE hopback screen will strain out the hops as you are running wort through the chiller. Hop PELLETS disintegrate and turn into a sludge in your boil kettle, and can CLOG a counterflow chiller. If your chiller becomes clogged from inadvertantly using pellets, you can easily unclog by running some solid copper wire through the chiller copper tubing and flushing with high pressure water.

SUPER ULTIMA-BRU BREWTREE is capable of producing 15 gallons of beer at a time. You can also make soda, tea drinks, hard cider, mead, power drinks, and so much more in this AWESOME system!!! You are only limited by your imagination!!!
Please use common sense when operating the BREWTREE systems and practice Safety first - never leave LP or Natural gas burners unattended when in operation or when hot to the touch (Greater than 70 degrees Farenheit) - systems are intended for adults only - Never allow children around the BREWTREE systems when in use or hot to the touch (greater than 70F). Always position propane tanks AWAY from the burners. Propane hose is long enough so tanks can be positioned outside the frame on the opposite side of the burners. Oxygen is a useful tool for aerating your wort (for yeast metabolism), but should be respected as it is extremely flammable and can cause explosions. You should keep oxygen tanks stored in a safe place, preferably chained to prevent falling, and keep away from open sparks, flames, or heat. A small oxygen tank like that available at your hardware store can be interfaced with the chiller outlets to oxygenate your wort on outflow to the fermentor. You must make sure all flames are completely extinguished before bringing the oxygen tank anywhere near the BREWTREE system.
