Note - This DVD is based on one of our very early PROTOTYPE models made in 2002. Because we subject our systems to "continual improvement", we would almost have to make a DVD for each system we sell to remain 100% accurate. While the brewing process itself remains unchanged, we have significantly improved upon our original design of the BREWTREE over the past year and a half.
The DVD is still very informative and useful for teaching the ins and outs of all grain brewing using a gravity based BREWTREE system. We will either be revising the dvd or adding a supplemental DVD in the spring of 2004.
