The ULTIMA BREWTREE is a great system built on the standard brewtree design. All stainless kettles and a direct fired HLT make it a pure gravity feed system for those that prefer an olde world style of brewing that keeps things simple. The system also incorporates our well INSULATED E-Z Dump Mashtun for quick disposal of spent grains. The insulation makes maintaining single infusion mash temps a set-it and forget-it operation, the same method commercial breweries employ.
The mashtun, hot liquor tank and boil kettle are all 15 gallon converted keggles...with the E-Z Dump mashtun system making it easy to clean up at the end of brew day.
We throw in a Dual Coil 50' counterflow chiller w/therms to speed up the chilling process while at the same time giving you an accurate temp reading of the wort going into your fermentor.
This is a solid brewing system that works flawlessly, producing a whopping 15 gallons of beer (1 keg) at a time. It is quality equipment at a reasonable price, with all the necessary tools to make your brewing day alot of fun.
