Addding a second dial thermometer makes verifying the temperature a snap. The thermometers are fully adjustable, and this allows us to calibrate the thermometers regularly to keep our brewing as precise as possible.
Please note - Kettles not having a thermometer at all will receive one 3" dial therm when this option is added (Super Eco-Bru and Economy Brewtree)
