Dual Color illuminated DIGITAL Temperature Controllers
Controllers have SELF TUNE feature - automatically scans sensors and adjust output to heating elements to arrive at PRECISE set temp without overshooting. These are LOGICAL controll units, with a ton of built in features and settings so you can adjust each unit to your preferences.
Built in alarm sounds when you reach your target temperature in the HLT. This is great for initial dough-in, sparge and mash-out. Alarm can be set independently of set point temp to give you MAXIMUM flexibility.
Boil kettle temp controller comes in handy when using the kettle to pasteurize apple cider or other juices before fermenting them.

High-Tech water/wort level sensor - no moving parts! Not affected by sticky substances, vigorous boils, bubbles or foam! This is not a cheap float sensor you see others use, these are meant to last a lifetime and give reliable, uninterrupted operation!
Level sensors (above) are mounted in each heated tank to protect elements from being run dry. They shut power off to the elements when the water level goes below a safe predetermined point in your kettle!
Solid state relays! Not mechanical relays that can wear out easily. As always, we use QUALITY components so your BREWTREE will last a lifetime!
Special mounted thermocouples and thermowells. We manufacture both components in house, to make sure you get a good match with your controller for PRECISE control of the brewing process temperatures. Not all thermocouples are equal...but we have chosen the best range for the brewing process!
Control Panel to control heating elements and ovverride those you don't want to use - complete with power on indicator lights. While the control of the heating is automated, there are also Manual switches to Allow EASY manual ovveride of temperature.
Emergency Stop Button built into control panel.
Ability to use only those heating elements you really need by switching off those than are not in use (i.e. use 2 heating elements for each 5 gallons being brewed)
Heating elements are mounted low in the kettle so they will be in constant contact with water/wort.
Elements are specially designed LOW DENSITY units which will NOT scortch your wort.
GFCI Protection built in
