While we build our systems for E-Z Clean in place, we realize some people like the ability to remove the kettles to clean them. We want to make our BREWTREE systems as flexible as possible. The Wingnut option replaces the current stainless nuts on the kettle mounts with Stainless Wingnuts, making it easy for you to remove kettles. Here's what benefits wingunts provide:
Can remove kettles for cleaning (while not necessary, because we build the systems to be clean in place, it does offer flexibility)
Easier to assemble, as you only need one socket wrench rather than two.
Easier to dissassemble, for those times when you are moving, want to take your system to a brew meeting or friends house for a brewing session.
This option GETS EVEN BETTER when you order the E-Z Access option, because the E-Z Access option makes your BREWTREE ultra-compact, and adding the wingnut option makes the whole system PERFECTLY MOBILE for taking anywhere you want to go.
