NOTE for owners of Kettles with a built in Counterflow Chiller - Strain out all hops from boil kettle before running wort through chiller. DO NOT USE PELLET HOPS...only whole hops or hop plugs. Pellet hops clog your chiller with a hop "sludge" - please see our seperate chiller instructions.
