Our products are guaranteed to be in good working order, or you may send it back to us for repair/replacement.

BREWTREE SYSTEMS & KETTLES -Please Note: Because the brewtree systems are hand crafted, there will be variances from the manufacturing operation that don't affect the fit of the components or the overall performance of the system, and are normal in the course of the production cycle. We guarantee the overall performance of the brewtree system to brew World-Class Beer. We do not warrant the systems for normal aesthetic variances caused by the manufacturing operation. If a part is damaged In-transit, you must email us immediately. You can also provide clear photo's of the item from several angles via email to expedite the replacement.

We cannot replace parts that have normal manufacturing variances not affecting the operation or assembly of the brewtree.

We will work with you if there is a problem with equipment you receive and will send you a replacement or repair your item. You will need to ship the item to us at YOUR cost, and we will return it repaired/replaced at OUR cost.

Return Policy:

Our products are guaranteed to be in good working order, or you may send it back to us for repair/replacement. Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.
